SAMS Birthday Club - Sunday 24 March 2024

It’s that time again folks, its our favourite Sunday of the Month…..Yep, the one, the only, the mighty SAMS club!.. and at our usual venue - St Michael’s Church! This month happens to be the charity’s 10th birthday! My goodness aren’t we getting old! Time clearly flies, especially when you are having as much fun as we are! So to celebrate this great achievement, we decided to make this month’s club like an actual birthday party! Yup, that’s right, we had balloons, banners and even birthday cake!! Any excuse for a wee celebration and some cake, and here at SAMS Club, we are usually always up for it.

The weather was lovely outside which meant there were plenty fun and games outside as well as in. Inside the hall we had our ever so popular bouncy castle and ball pool on the go and here was where most of the madness unfolded! There was also our usual arts and crafts stations and our sennsory corner used for some much-needed chill-out time. And what would a good birthday be without birthday cake? Don’t worry, we got that covered too and we got a huge one!

As well as the cake, there was plenty yummy sandwiches, cookies, drinks, sweets and crisps to keep everyone energized and in the party spirit!
